This hotel met all expectations plus. I forgot my favorite blazer and the hotel staff shipped it the very next day. Great folks.

I booked a room at Sheraton Airport through Priceline for the dates of 12 October and 21 October. I was happy. When I arrived on 12 October, I was given a room on the 3rd floor which was dirty looking and moldy smelling. I initially decided not to complain about the room as the price I paid was low and I was only staying 1 night. Later in the evening, the mouldy smell became worse and I actually felt it was affecting my breathing, so I went to the front desk and requested a room change. I was changed to another room which was acceptable, but still drab, in desperate need of updating and not up to the usual room standard I am used to. I had already booked a room at the Sheraton through Priceline for my return on 21 October. When I arrived, I opted not to go to that hotel, instead I booked at the Courtyard Marriott where I got a room that met my needs. Yes, I did double pay – I paid for the Priceline paid for the more expensive Marriott room, but I must say that staying at the Courtyard Marriott was worth every penny, it was clean and bright and updated. Very nice and spacious but with the prices they should have better maintenance for the hot tub.

The room was ok but showed wear. The walls were scarred, the door to the room was worn. One of the elevators was out of service. The restaurant menu was very limited and the main dining room was closed on Sunday. ...read more
